Your acceptance to these Terms is required in order to book a charter or to utilize our Service. In the event of your disagreement with any part of the Terms, you will be unable to access the Service.

2. Service Overview

CommonsBridgeHub offers a range of high-end yacht charter services, including but not limited to:

  • Yacht rentals for the day
  • Evening cruises watching the sunset
  • Company retreats
  • Events of a private nature
  • Charters lasting several days

Services are provided based on vessel availability and favorable weather conditions. We retain the right to alter or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Booking requirements include:

  • A minimum age of 18
  • Submission of truthful and complete details
  • Provision of a deposit as outlined in the booking confirmation
  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed upon the payment being received and our issuance of a written confirmation. The right to deny service to any individual is at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Vessel availability and weather permitting, we will strive to accommodate your requests for specific dates and times as best we can.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All listed charges are in € and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to changes without prior announcement.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the total cost for the charter is required at the time of booking
  • Balance: Must be settled 48 hours before the departure of the charter
  • Any incidental expenses: Payable upon the charter's conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

We offer a variety of payment options, including major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. Payments are processed using secure, encrypted methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • 72 hours or more before departure: A full refund less any transaction fees
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: A 50% refund is issued
  • Less than 24 hours to departure: Refunds are not available

5.2 Cancellations Due to Weather

In scenarios where our captain judges the weather conditions unsafe, we shall offer the following options:

  • Re-schedule your charter at no extra cost for the next available slot
  • Issue a complete refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Problems

If mechanical issues occur with the yacht assigned to you, our efforts will go towards supplying an adequate substitute vessel. When substitution isn’t possible, we will provide a full repayment.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Precautions

All guests are obliged to:

  • Comply with crew orders
  • Use safety gear as necessary
  • Declare any health conditions that could impact their safety
  • Stay within the designated areas aboard the vessel

6.2 Items Not Allowed

Items banned on board include:

  • Bottles made of glass
  • Forbidden substances
  • Weapons of any type
  • Excessive non-alcoholic beverages, such as soda or juice, beyond a reasonable amount
  • Pets, except when given prior authorization

6.3 Behavior Standards

Travelers must act in a courteous and respectful manner. Disruptive or unsafe behavior could lead us to terminate a charter prematurely, with no refund offered.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Responsibility

We limit our accountability to the payment received for your booking. We are not responsible for injuries arising from your negligence, loss or harm to personal belongings, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or for delays due to weather or other situations beyond our control.

7.2 Coverage Provided by Insurance

Our vessels and operations are covered by comprehensive marine insurance. Personal travel and insurance coverage is the responsibility of the passengers.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engaging in our charter services implies your understanding of the inherent risks involved in maritime activities and your acceptance of personal responsibility for your safety and risk.

8. Adjustments and Itinerary Modifications

Itinerary alterations, including changes to courses or schedules, can be enacted due to weather circumstances or other critical considerations. We will endeavor to offer suitable alternative experiences in such cases.

9. Force Majeure

We hold no liability for interruptions, deferrals, or changes rooted in factors beyond our control, which include, but aren't limited to:

  • Harsh weather
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Regulations implemented by authorities
  • Closure of ports
  • Vessel malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Handling

We manage your private data per our Privacy Policy. When using our services, you give consent to the data collection and usage outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

Our website content, inclusive of text, imagery, logos, and other graphics, falls under protection by copyright and trademark regulations. Reproducing, distributing, or creating adaptations without our written consent is prohibited.

12. Applicable Law

The laws that apply within Spain govern these Terms. Any arising disputes will be addressed within the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

13. Amendments to the Terms

These Terms may be revised at our discretion, with updates to be posted on our website alongside a refreshed revision date. Continuing to use our services after amendments indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
