Our charters come with a professional crew, all required safety gear, fuel, and light refreshments. Each charter type has different inclusions — for example, sunset tours come with premium non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, while business charters offer facilities for meetings and a range of catering options for corporate needs.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure your booking, it is advisable to reserve your charter 2–3 weeks ahead of time, especially in the high season (May–September). For business gatherings or private events, scheduling 4–6 weeks prior is recommended to ensure availability and to allow time for any personalization of your event.
What is the procedure if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our foremost concern. In the case that poor weather conditions are forecasted, our captain may choose to postpone, offering you a new date or a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather and will be in touch with you 24 hours prior to your departure if unfavorable conditions are anticipated.
May I bring my own provisions?
Guests are permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We also provide exceptional catering services with personalized menu options. Please be aware that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do you accommodate yacht access for individuals with disabilities?

What's your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations received 72 hours or more before your departure, a full refund is provided. If you cancel between 24–72 hours prior, you're entitled to a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the departure time are non-refundable unless the cause is weather-related or due to a mechanical failure on our side.
